We've added an easy option to reinstall the test if the files are corrupted after downloading on a bad network connection.
Improved hardware detection for the latest devices. If a benchmark run fails for any reason, 3DMark will now send an automated error report to help us identify the problem.
Sling Shot and Sling Shot Extreme now show the score as "Maxed out" if any part of the test exceeds 60 frames per second. We recommend running 3DMark Wild Life on these devices.

This update marks the end of support for 3DMark Ice Storm benchmarks. These tests no longer provide useful results with modern devices. Ice Storm tests are now hidden in the app by default. If needed, you can use them by going to the Settings screen and using the option to "Show unsupported tests." We recommend testing modern mobile devices with 3DMark Sling Shot benchmarks.

We have modified the Sling Shot Extreme Vulkan test to improve its comparability with the OpenGL ES 3.1 test. Vulkan scores will improve on many devices. Vulkan scores from this version should not be compared with scores from older versions.
We fixed an issue that could cause the API Overhead feature test to fail on newer devices.
We use app analytics and crash reporting to collect anonymous data that helps us improve the performance, stability, and usefulness of our apps. You can now disable these services on the Settings screen if you wish. In the app menu, we've added a link to our updated Privacy Policy.

Compare the performance of Vulkan and OpenGL ES 3.0 with the new API Overhead feature test.
We've fixed an issue in the previous version (Dec 7 - 1.6.3428) that affected performance on some Qualcomm devices. Scores return to the correct level with this update.
We have renamed some tests to make it easier to compare scores across platforms. The test names in the Android app now match the names we use in the iOS app. Benchmark scores are not affected.- "Sling Shot using ES 3.0" test is now simply called "Sling Shot."- "Sling Shot using ES 3.1" test is now called "Sling Shot Extreme."
